Warranty Terms and Conditions
DTF ULTRA provides a warranty for its range of products, which includes printers, ovens, and other items offered for sale. These products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, but the warranty excludes consumable or wear-and-tear items such as printheads, ink cartridges, capping stations, tubes, inks, films, etc.
Specialty printers are rebuilt or modified using OEM parts, printers or engines. This process voids the original warranty from the OEM printer/engine manufacturers, such as Epson®, so customers should not seek support or warranty from them. Instead, customers must directly contact DTF ULTRA for any warranty claims, as we are the only provider of the warranty.
DTF ULTRA offers a warranty that is valid for one year from the date of purchase and covers parts (wear-and-tear parts or consumables are excluded), with the customer being responsible only for the shipping costs. However, to be eligible for this warranty, the customer must ensure that the unit is properly maintained and used under normal conditions.
Any physical damage to the printers/ovens or other products is not covered by the warranty, including damages caused by improper installation, neglect, abnormal use, misuse, or accidents, such as improper storage or transportation without the proper preparation or packaging. Additionally, unauthorized adjustments, modifications, or accessory additions, as well as external causes beyond reasonable control, are not covered. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear. Examples of incidents not covered by the warranty are printhead clogs and electrical damage resulting from physical liquid spills inside the printer.
