When it comes to versatility, nothing beats DTF printers. They offer unmatched quality, and they’re suitable for a wide range of printing needs.

Whether you want to boost your business or create high-quality, custom designs for your loved ones, these printers are among the top options.

Learn more about DTF printers below, and get the option that best suits your goals.

What Makes DTF Printers Unique?

Screen printing is a thing of the past. With DTF (Direct-to-film) printing, you can put out amazing shirts, hoodies, and many more items with higher-quality designs.

If you’re considering modernity, DTF printers are the way to go. They’re a considerably recent invention, and they prioritize durability, color accuracy, and image detail.

Compared to DTG (Direct-to-garment) printers, you get more versatility since DTF printers don’t have a height limit. All you have to do is print on the film, transfer it, and heat press it on the product you want.

Speaking of products, DTF printers allow you to cover many items, including:

  • Shirts
  • Hoodies
  • Bags
  • Socks
  • Caps
  • Shoes
  • Jeans
  • And more

Go the Extra Mile with These Innovative Printers

We offer a great selection of DTF printers designed to cover your business or personal needs.

If you’re deciding between DTF and DTG printers (or any other model), we’re here to help you out. Choose DTF equipment if you want an affordable option that still offers top-of-the-market results.

Generally speaking, the cost-per-print in a DTF printer is much lower. This is excellent news for those who want to get premium quality results with their products without spending all their savings.

When you use DTF printing, you don’t need to worry about a pre-treatment process. This is due to the fact that the hot melt power that is applied to the DTF transfers bonds the print directly to the material.

DTF printing requires less white ink compared to other options, meaning you could save a lot of money on your prints. Since these printers provide flexibility and wash well, you won’t have to worry about the design cracking or peeling.

We have many years of experience in the printing industry, and we show it through our commitment to quality. Not only do we offer high-quality printers, but we also have them at competitive prices.

Whether you want to specialize in DTF, DTG, or UV printing, rest assured our solutions will cover even the highest quality standards. As a leading provider of digital printing machines, we guarantee you’ll get the results you’ve always dreamed of.

How Does the DTF Printer Work?

Let’s give you an overview of how the DTF printer works. Even though this is a modern and innovative machine, it’s very easy to use!

Essentially, DTF machines place ink on a special transfer film. You’ll take that film to the garment and apply it with a heat press. Here’s the entire process:

  1. Create the design for your product. You may use graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or RIP (Raster Image Processor) programs.
  2. Print the design onto a PET film (also called “DTF Transfer Film”). It will transport the design onto the fabric.
  3. Apply DTF powder to the film until it covers the printed area. Shake it well.
  4. Cure the ink with the DTF oven to get a vibrant print.
  5. Position the film onto the fabric, and use the heat press to transfer the design.
  6. Peel off the film from the fabric to reveal the result.

That’s it! Even though there are quite some steps involved, the entire task won’t take you too long.
